A Brandy Alexander is a terrific early 20th century cocktail.  It is a take on the Alexander, which was made with Gin instead of Brandy.  This sweet and creamy cocktail is an after dinner drink and a dessert all in one.  Watch this video to see how to make the perfect Brandy Alexander and impress all of your friends.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Brandy

  • 1 oz Creme de Cacoa

  • 1 oz half and half

Pour into a shaker with ice.  Shake until frothy.  Strain into your favorite glass and garnish with ground nutmeg.
